• Due to safety & hygiene, perfume oils and room mists are final sale.
• Unused candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Returns must be received within 21 days in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.
• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will issue your store credit.

For defective or damaged products,

• Please contact us immediately at josie@gaiaandsoul.com if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the damage in your email.
