Hi! I'm Josie, the solopreneur of Gaia & Soul, a creative, heart-led business guided by the cyclical cycle of nature. It was born from a spiritual awakening/rebirth in 2022 when I was extremely burnt out from years of “doing”, “achieving”, and “rushing” while ignoring my mind and body’s call for rest. I felt disconnected from my true nature, and so from a space of grief and pain, I called out to the Universe (divine team of love & light) for support. And that began my journey of truly slowing down, letting go and coming home to myself. I made the leap to follow my joy in creativity, natural health, and wellness. In 2023, I launched candles and a goddess perfume oil in a dear friend’s shop and was in awe of the positive response. After birthing my daughter in 2024 and still in awe that my products are very well liked, I’ve followed that guidance and created an online home for my creations to share it with more lovely souls.
